How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Free Shipping in the USA. Orders will be delivered within 24-72 business hours. Shipments are managed from Monday to Friday and will be made by UPS, you can track your order in the email you will receive when you make your purchase.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I make a change or return?

At Sauvage Mamma, we know that not all our Mammas are the same, and things don’t always turn out as expected. That’s why we accept exchanges and returns within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

The garments must be in perfect condition, unused, and returned in their original packaging to ensure they are properly protected during transit.

Please send us an email at help@sauvagemamma.com, and we will provide you with instructions on how to make your exchange or return.

Once the product is received at our warehouse and its condition is verified, the amount will be refunded using the original payment method, within a maximum period of 14 days from the notification of withdrawal.

If you want to give SAUVAGE MAMMA as a gift, check the gift wrapping box, we will take care of leaving a note with your words and taking care of even the smallest detail to surprise that special person.
